OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup GF oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Nut butter
Berries
Flax
Maple syrup
Directions
Bring water, oats, cinnamon, and vanilla to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for a few mins.
Remove from heat and stir in egg whites.
Divide into 4 x 125 ml ramekins.
Add toppings and refrigerate.
Lasts 3-4 days in the fridge.
