OVERNIGHT OATS

overnight oats

DAIRY FREE!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup GF oats

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Nut butter

  • Berries

  • Flax

  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Bring water, oats, cinnamon, and vanilla to a boil.

  2. Lower heat and simmer for a few mins.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in egg whites.

  4. Divide into 4 x 125 ml ramekins.

  5. Add toppings and refrigerate.

    Lasts 3-4 days in the fridge.
