HIGH-PROTEIN COTTAGE CHEESE WAFFLES

Ingredients:

Yields 8 large waffles

  • 1 x 500g container cottage cheese

  • 1.5 cups gluten free oats

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 ripe banana (can omit if you don’t like bananas)

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I like @lilys_sweets )

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients

  2. Stir in chocolate chips

  3. Cook according to your waffle maker (or use batter to make pancakes).

  4. Waffles freeze well!
