HIGH-PROTEIN COTTAGE CHEESE WAFFLES
Ingredients:
Yields 8 large waffles
1 x 500g container cottage cheese
1.5 cups gluten free oats
4 eggs
1/2 ripe banana (can omit if you don’t like bananas)
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips (I like @lilys_sweets )
Directions
Blend all ingredients
Stir in chocolate chips
Cook according to your waffle maker (or use batter to make pancakes).
Waffles freeze well!
