BERRY + PEACH CRUMBLE
Ingredients:
1 pint of blueberries (2-3 cups)
6-8 peaches
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Topping:
3 cups GF oats
1/3 oat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1.5 sticks butter cubed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a baking dish - combine blueberries, peaches, sugar and cornstarch and mix.
In a separate bowl mix oats, oat flour, brown sugar and butter.
Top over fruit.
Bake 30 mins until crispy - serve with vanilla ice cream.
