BERRY + PEACH CRUMBLE

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint of blueberries (2-3 cups)

  • 6-8 peaches

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Topping:

  • 3 cups GF oats

  • 1/3 oat flour

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1.5 sticks butter cubed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. In a baking dish - combine blueberries, peaches, sugar and cornstarch and mix.

  3. In a separate bowl mix oats, oat flour, brown sugar and butter.

  4. Top over fruit.

  5. Bake 30 mins until crispy - serve with vanilla ice cream.
