HEALTHY BREAKFAST BERRY CRUMBLE

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups berries - fresh or frozen or both!

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

    Topping

  • 2 x cups gluten free oats

  • 1/4 cup almond or oat flour

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a baking dish combine berries, almond flour and maple syrup.

  3. Combine all ingredients for crumble and sprinkle evenly over fruit.

  4. Bake 350 for 30 mins and then increase oven to 450 and bake for an extra 5-10 mins until topping is golden

  5. Serve with Greek yogurt and chopped nuts.
