BBQ RIBS
Ingredients:
4 racks of baby back ribs (ask your butcher to remove the membrane) - I estimate half a Rack person
1/2 cup tamari
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dry mustard powder
1 bottle your fave bbq sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large baking dish marinate ribs in tamari, vinegar and spices. For at least one hour or overnight.
Wrap each rack tightly in foil and bake in oven for 1.5 hours.
Set bbq to high heat.
Coat the ribs in your favourite bbq sauce and grill for a few mins a side.
Finish with some extra bbq sauce and enjoy!
