Greek Salad
Ingredients:
Cucumbers
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Kalamata olives w pits
Capers
Good quality extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Dried oregano
Salt
Feta
Directions
Cut your cucumber and tomatoes into similar bite wize pieces. Thinly slice red onion.
Add to a bowl, season with salt. top with Kalamata olives and capers.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar and a bit of oregano.
Top with feta block (I slice in half if thick and diagonal) top with more olive oil and oregano.
