Greek Salad

Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Red onion

  • Kalamata olives w pits

  • Capers

  • Good quality extra virgin olive oil

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Dried oregano

  • Salt

  • Feta

Directions

  1. Cut your cucumber and tomatoes into similar bite wize pieces. Thinly slice red onion.

  2. Add to a bowl, season with salt. top with Kalamata olives and capers.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar and a bit of oregano.

  4. Top with feta block (I slice in half if thick and diagonal) top with more olive oil and oregano.
