BAKED CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 if you like more lemony)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F - combine all your spices and salt. In a baking dish - lay out your chicken and top with lemon juice and olive oil.

  2. Top with half of spices/ flip chicken and coat with the remaining half. If you have time marinate for 30 mins (or even overnight).

  3. Bake for 20 mins. Let cool and slice in thin pieces. Store in an airtight container.
