GF PECAN CRESCENT COOKIES
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
6 tbsp softened butter
9 tbsp icing sugar (plus extra to roll cookies in)
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
⅔ cups finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F
Mix almond flour, softened butter, icing sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl until dough forms and it doesn’t feel dry.
Once combined, mix in pecans.
Roll tablespoons of the dough into a small log then shape into a crescent shape.
Arrange 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 20-25 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Roll into the icing sugar until coated.
