CRISPIEST KALE CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • Zest from one lemon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 280F. 

  2. Wash leaves and pat dry (make sure they are dry otherwise they won’t get crispy).

  3. Separate the stem from the leaves.

  4. Once all the stems are removed, add in all your other ingredients. Combine with hands. 

  5. Pop on a parchment-lined baking sheet (make sure they are spread out and not overlapping).

  6. Bake 15-20 mins until they feel crispy - don’t overbake.
