FROZEN YOGURT BARK
Ingredients:
1 x large container yogurt of choice (Greek vanilla was the favourite) / non dairy yogurt would work too - I love the Riviera Brand
4 x tbsp honey
Toppings of choice: raspberries, blueberries, pomegranates, walnuts, slivered almonds, mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix yogurt with honey.
Spread an even layer on parchment paper on a baking tray.
Add toppings of choice.
Freeze overnight.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
