FROZEN YOGURT BARK

Ingredients:

  • 1 x large container yogurt of choice (Greek vanilla was the favourite) / non dairy yogurt would work too - I love the Riviera Brand

  • 4 x tbsp honey
    Toppings of choice: raspberries, blueberries, pomegranates, walnuts, slivered almonds, mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt with honey.

  2. Spread an even layer on parchment paper on a baking tray.

  3. Add toppings of choice.

  4. Freeze overnight.

  5. Break into pieces and enjoy!
