BEEF KOFTA
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp sumac
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
Directions
In a food processor blend onion and garlic until finely chopped (optional - 1/4 cup parsley).
Mix into beef along with spices by hand. Refrigerate at least 30 mins.
Form into oval shape and skewer.
Grill 5-6 mins a side over medium high heat. Serve with hummus, tzatziki, rice.
