GLUTEN-FREE NUTELLA STUFFED S’MORE COOKIES
Ingredients:
GF cookie dough (I love @sweetlorens or @stellar.eats )
GF graham crackers (I use @scharglutenfree )
Nutella
Large marshmallows (cut in half)
Directions
Set oven according to packaged cookie directions.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place graham crackers down.
Top with a tap of Nutella and half a marshmallow.
Top with enough cookie dough to cover marshmallow/ graham cracker.
Bake (I did mine at 325 for 12 mins) and let cool.
Store in an airtight container for 2 days
