NOBU STYLE MISO SALMON

Ingredients:

  • 6 x 5-6 oz pieces of salmon (I leave skin on)

  • 2 tbsp miso paste

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp tamari

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • Garnish - sesame seeds, green onion

Directions

  1. Whisk miso, brown sugar, tamari, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil. Leave a little bit of marinade off to the side for glazing after it’s cooked. Marinade fish at least 1 hr (or overnight).

  2. Place fish on a oil-sprayed baking tray - broil for 6-8 mins. Keep an eye on fish so that it doesn’t burn! Brush with a bit of extra marinade, sesame seeds and green onion.
