NOBU STYLE MISO SALMON
Ingredients:
6 x 5-6 oz pieces of salmon (I leave skin on)
2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp tamari
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
Garnish - sesame seeds, green onion
Directions
Whisk miso, brown sugar, tamari, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil. Leave a little bit of marinade off to the side for glazing after it’s cooked. Marinade fish at least 1 hr (or overnight).
Place fish on a oil-sprayed baking tray - broil for 6-8 mins. Keep an eye on fish so that it doesn’t burn! Brush with a bit of extra marinade, sesame seeds and green onion.
