Tuna poke bowl
Ingredients:
2 - 3 pieces of tuna steak
1/4 cup tamari
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 glove minced garlic
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp neutral oil (grapeseed)
3 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Toppings - rice, zoodles, edamame, matchstick carrots, cucumbers, shredded coconut, ginger, seaweed salad (I get from fish store), wasabi peas, radish, shredded red cabbage, Avo, mango.
Directions
Cube tuna.
Combine tamari, ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and grapeseed oil, green onion.
Marinate tuna for 30 mins (save 1/4 of the sauce for toppings).
Put out all the toppings - build your bowl and enjoy!
Top with sesame seeds, lime, green onion and sriracha mayo
