THE BEST HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 -2 tbsp water (may need to thin out)

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Blend up all ingredients.

  2. Add water at the end if needed to thin out the dressing.

  3. Store in an airtight container for a week.
