STICKY HONEY GARLIC WINGS
Ingredients:
Sauce:
2-3 pounds wings (30-40 wings)
Salt
1/2 cup tamari
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Directions
Salt wings generously.
For BBQ - turn on high heat. Grill for 15 mins, flip and cook for another 15 mins until skin is nice and crispy.
For Oven - set to 450F. Place a wire rack on top of a baking tray (so the fat drips off) and place wings on top. Bake for 30-40 mins (flipping once.
In a saucepan, combine tamari, honey, and garlic.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for a few mins.
Add cornstarch mixture and stir. After 4-5 mins sauce will thicken.
Take wings off the bbq or out of the oven - toss in sauce and serve!
