SALMON BURGERS

Ingredients:

  • 1 x pound salmon skin off

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup gf breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 juice of lemon

  • 1 tbsp dijon

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt

    Additional ingredients for adult version
    - handful of dill and mint
    - 1 shredded zuchinni (squeeze out water)

Directions

  1. In a food processor, process all ingredients (salmon should be raw) until the mixture comes together.

  2. I make plain ones first. Scoop out 1/3 of mixture and then process herbs and zuchinni for the remainder of the patties.

    Heat a non stick pan with a few tbsp olive oil over medium high heat.

  3. Add 3-4 patties at a time (don’t overcrowd pan) - cook 3-4 mins a side.
