NUT CRUSTED BAKED CRISPY CHICKEN
Ingredients:
5-6 chicken breasts (sliced thinly in half)
5-6 cups mixed nuts (walnuts/ almonds/pecans)
1 tbsp oregano
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
3 egg whites
Olive oil
Lemon
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Pulse all nuts together until they resemble breadcrumbs. Mix in salt, paprika, and oregano.
Dip the chicken into egg whites then press into breadcrumbs mixture.
Put the crusted chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-minutes.
Flip, drizzle with olive oil and bake for another 10-minutes. Top with a squeeze of lemon and kosher salt.
