HEALTHY MUG CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (mix with 1 tsp of hot water to thin out)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or 1 tbsp monk fruit sugar)

  • Handful choc chips

  • Coconut Whip Cream

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk until smooth (except choc chips).

  2. Divide into 2 ramekins or mugs (it will puff up!) 

  3. Top with chocolate chips and microwave for 60 sec.

  4. Top with coco whip (or whip cream)
