CRUNCHY GRANOLA

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups gf rolled oats (large flakes)

  • ½ cup flax meal 

  • 1 cup slivered almonds

  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped) 

  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)

  • 2 tsp cinnamon 

  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar 

  • ½ cup honey

  • ¼ cup maple syrup 

  • ¼ cup coconut oil 

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

    Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine oats, flax meal, cinnamon and nuts. 

  3. In a saucepan combine coconut sugar, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla. 

  4. Bring to a boil, take off heat and pour over dry mixture. 

  5. Put mixture on sprayed parchment paper on a large baking tray (or two small ones). Press down the mixture so it’s nice and thin and in one big piece. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate and bake another 8-10 mins. 

  6. Wait until cooled completely and break off into big chunks. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
