GF EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL CRACKERS

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tortillas (I like @sietefoods)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey 

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning (if you don’t have this can use poppy or sesame seeds)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Cut your pita into strips.

  3. Toss with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning over top and drizzle w a bit of honey (try not to make it too thick otherwise will just burn) / other option with honey is to brush it on before putting seasoning on pita.

  4. Bake chips on a parchment lined baking sheet for 10-12 mins (keep an eye on them - every oven is different!) and serve on its own, in a salad or with your fave dip.
