EASY ITALIAN MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
2.5 pounds ground veal
½ pound ground pork
2 eggs
1 cup grated parm
½ tbsp ground parsley
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
¼ cup gf breadcrumbs - I use @auroraimporting
2 jars marinara sauce (about 4 cups)
1-2 cups water
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients (with hands)
Heat up tomato sauce and 1 cup water in a large pot, when it’s boiling drop golf size meatballs in.
Make sure all meatballs are submerged in sauce, turn heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over pasta, spaghetti squash or mashed cauliflower.
