COTTAGE CHEESE EGG BITES

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup parm

  • Salt

  • Toppings: sautéed spinach and mushrooms, grated cheddar, bacon (micro for 5 minutes and chop), green onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Generously spray muffin tin.

  3. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, park and salt.

  4. Put your desired toppings into muffin tins and top with egg mixture.

  5. Bake for 25-30 mins!
