BAKED SHEET PAN CHICKEN PARM
Ingredients:
6 chicken cutlets (3 chicken breasts sliced in half lengthwise)
1 x cup gf flour of choice
2 x eggs beaten
2 x cup gf breadcrumbs
1/2 x cup parm
2 tsp oregano
1 x cup marinara
1 x cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Make a dredging station for the chicken.
Set up flour on one plate, beat eggs in a bowl.
Mix breadcrumbs, parm, oregano and salt and put on a plate.
Take a piece of chicken and dip it in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
Place on an oil-sprayed baking tray and repeat.
Bake 20 mins - remove from oven and top with a few tbsp marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Place under broiler for 2-3 mins until cheese is melted and golden.
