2 INGREDIENT BALSAMIC CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 chicken breasts

  • 1 bottle of balsamic salad dressing (I like @stonewallkitchen )

    Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in dressing in a glass bowl or dish for 2 hours (or overnight).

  2. Preheat oven to 425 - in a cast iron skillet (or non stick) over medium high heat - add a tbsp of oil and sear chicken 3-4 mins a side. Then place in over for 10-12 mins.

    Optional - top with a balsamic glaze (or heat up 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and 2 tbsp brown sugar in a saucepan on low for 5-10 mins until thick)
