3 INGREDIENT STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE JARS

Ingredients:

• Strawberries (about 2-3 cups sliced)

• 2 cartons

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 35% whipping cream (2 cups)

• 1 pack of boxed GF cake mix (cooked according to directions) - cubed

Directions

yields about 8 - 250ml mason jars

1. Whip cream until it becomes solid.

2. Slice strawberries and add 1 tbsp white sugar and leave for 10 mins.

3. Assemble cake, whipped cream, and strawberries. I end on the strawberry layer.

4. Cover with the lid and refrigerate until ready to eat!
