10 MIN HOMEMADE MISO RAMEN

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups water

  • 3/4 cup white miso paste

  • 1/4 cup tamari

  • 1 peeled knob of ginger

  • 1-2 cloves smashed garlic

  • 5 servings of dry rice noodle ramen

  • 1 package extra firm tofu cubed

  • Garnish - scallions, seaweed, chili oil

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil.

  2. Whisk in your miso paste until dissolved.

  3. Add tamari, ginger and garlic.

  4. Then add ramen, tofu and cook 4-5 mins.

  5. Remove ginger and garlic.

  6. Serve and add desired toppings (can always throw in some spinach at the end or steamed broccoli).
