10 MIN HOMEMADE MISO RAMEN
Ingredients:
10 cups water
3/4 cup white miso paste
1/4 cup tamari
1 peeled knob of ginger
1-2 cloves smashed garlic
5 servings of dry rice noodle ramen
1 package extra firm tofu cubed
Garnish - scallions, seaweed, chili oil
Directions
Bring water to a boil.
Whisk in your miso paste until dissolved.
Add tamari, ginger and garlic.
Then add ramen, tofu and cook 4-5 mins.
Remove ginger and garlic.
Serve and add desired toppings (can always throw in some spinach at the end or steamed broccoli).
